If you’ve already got CrossFit experience, then you’re probably good to go. We offer two free trial sessions for you to see if Ahikā CrossFit is a good fit for you. Please review our timetable and send us an email to book in

If you are new to CrossFit, then you’ll need to complete a Foundations Course. At these sessions, we teach you the basics of CrossFit to prepare you for joining our group classes.

Starting something new can be intimidating, and that’s why we ens
ure this course is suitable for all fitness levels and inclusive of all. It is taught by friendly, experienced, and qualified Coaches, and offers practical, hands-on learning in small groups.

The course runs over two sessions

  • The first class focusses on bodyweight movements.

  • During the second class we teach you about the barbell.

Once you’ve completed BOTH sessions of the Foundations Course, you’ll receive two weeks’ complimentary membership to trial our group classes.


This will allow you to connect with other members, and trial different class times to see what works for you. We have 39 classes on offer per week, so plenty of opportunities to get your training in. Your learning will continue in our group classes as our Coaches support your ongoing skill development with a focus on mechanics and consistency, followed by intensity. You may even like to jump in on our monthly skill sessions or mobility class.

Your investment is just $98 for all of this.

The current dates for the Foundations Course are:

  • Monday 15 and Wednesday 17 January from 7.30 pm to 8.30 pm.

  • Monday 12 and Wednesday 14 February from 7.30 pm to 8.30 pm.

  • Monday 18 and Wednesday 20 March from 7.30 pm to 8.30 pm.
