If you’ve already got some CrossFit experience, you’re good to go!


We offer two free trial sessions so you can jump in, meet the crew, and see if Ahikā CrossFit is the right fit for you. Check out our timetable and flick us an email at info@ahikacrossfit.co.nz to book your spot.

New to CrossFit?

Let’s get you started the right way. Our Foundations Course is designed to set you up for success from day one. We know starting something new can feel intimidating—but that’s exactly why we’ve built this to be welcoming, supportive, and suitable for all fitness levels.

You’ll be coached by experienced, down-to-earth trainers in a small group environment, so you get plenty of hands-on guidance and confidence with every movement.

 

In this one-hour session, we’ll cover:

  • What CrossFit is (and what it’s not)

  • Key nutrition basics

  • Barbell fundamentals

  • Essential bodyweight movements

  • And finish strong with a workout.

 

And it doesn’t stop there! Once you’ve completed Foundations, you’ll get 5 complimentary classes to use over two weeks. This is your chance to:

  • Settle into the community

  • Try different class times

  • Build confidence in a real class setting.

 

With 39 classes per week, there’s plenty of opportunity to train on your schedule. Our Coaches will continue to guide you every step of the way, focusing on great movement, consistency, and then intensity—so you progress safely and effectively. 

 

All of this for just $68.
