At Ahikā, we describe it as a combination of weightlifting, gymnastics and cardio movements. The workouts are different every day and individually tailored to suit the needs of each member.  There is a focus on functional movements, similar to those that you would use in everyday life, which are performed at an intensity level suitable to challenge you and safely improve fitness.  Whatever your training goals, whether you’re a beginner or a competitor, CrossFit is for you!
